With proper care and maintenance, DreamCatchers hair extensions can last up to a year or more. We recommend scheduled maintenance appointments every 4 to 6 weeks to adjust the extensions as your natural hair grows.
Can I color or style my extensions with heat?
Yes, because our extensions are made from 100% human hair, you can use heat styling tools and professional hair color. However, we always recommend using a heat protectant and consulting with a certified stylist before applying chemical treatments.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your hair for an upcoming appointment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards, extensions cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken or the hair has been removed from its original packaging.
