At DreamCatchers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unopened, unused hair extensions in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused extensions back in their original gold-sealed packaging and include a copy of your packing slip inside the secure shipping box.
Ship Item Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the integrity of the hair seals, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
